This may include contact information, property and transaction details, investment strategy, financing information, timing, and the type of assistance you request.

How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to organize and review an opportunity, provide preliminary educational analysis, identify financing considerations, follow up about a submitted request, or evaluate the type of Realtor expertise that may fit a transaction.

Gemini, Google, and Other Services

The current workflow may use Gemini, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Apps Script. Google/Gemini and other third-party services have their own data and privacy practices. Review their applicable terms and privacy notices before submitting sensitive information.

Realtor Introductions

If you explicitly request a Realtor introduction, Ascend may share the information and investment profile you provide with up to three selected Realtors. Investor information is not intended to be broadcast to a large list of agents. Introductions depend on fit and availability and are not guaranteed.
